$6000.00 per year, per family. Your membership allows unlimited text and call time with the Doctor, House Call and telemedicine services at discounted rates. Well visits for children 36 mos and older are complimentary (1 per year per child). Extra fees may apply for specialized tests/services.

Coming soon: special bundles for well baby/child visits up to age 30 mos.
